b) Purpose and legitimate base: 1. Send you our Newsletter that will contain commercial information about collections, discounts or invitations to events of TENDAM brands (Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, Springfield, Women'secret, Fifty ...) - Execution of the contract: Subscription.
At any time, you can stop receiving our Newsletter or oppose to sending commercial communications through the email dpo@tendam.es or the link of UNSUSCRIBE or similar that will accompany each commercial communication. Your request will be processed in a period of approximately 72 hours, so during this time you may receive some commercial communication.

c) Data processed: Data provided through the registration form and, in the case of Club members or with an ecommerce account, data derived from the development of our relationship (historical purchases and returns, e.g.) and inferred data.
